So just who’s running this show? Glad you asked. At Claim Central, we place a lot of importance on our organisational structure, even if it is upside down…

Yes, we’ve decided to turn the usual approach to an organisational structure on its head. Typically, there’s a boss sitting high up in an office with the workers and suppliers below supporting them. Well, here at Claim Central, we think it’s the other way around.

This means our Trade Partners and our people in the field are right at the top, while our Executive Management team is right at the bottom. Why? It’s because our execs believe it’s their role to support everyone else in the business.

To ensure our customers are 100% happy, it’s the people who have direct contact with them who are most important. Every day, our Trade Partners, Estimators, Regional and Area Operations teams come face to face with our customers… so they’re who we need to support most.

By ‘support’, we mean back up. If you were in their shoes, wouldn’t you like to know there’s a team of people providing the right information, tools and resources to do the best job possible? So would we!
