TradesWanted is a national trade partner initiative focussed on growing your business through our easy to use web-based platform.
We provide members with more work opportunities, guaranteed on-time payments, big discounts on supplies and online access to a national trade partner community - basically, helping you work smarter. We also drastically reduce the time spent on invoicing, quoting and site visits, so that you spend less time on paperwork and more time on paid work.
TradesWanted operates through our easy to use web-based platform, where our Trade Partners can work smarter by accessing:

- Your Toolbox, our online job management portal which allows you to submit quotes, log completion of jobs and generate invoices – all without leaving your office, saving you valuable time and money.

- Trade Talk, our new online social network, allows every one of our Trade Partners to communicate more effectively with both TradesWanted, and with each other.

How We Get Work
We have contracts with a number of commercial, insurance and government groups all around Australia. These contracts mean we get work in metropolitan, regional and remote locations nationwide. It guarantees we have jobs of all sizes, covering a range of trades. So no matter where you are or what trade you do, chances are we have work for you.
We are always on the hunt for trades in all areas of construction, repairs and services. We have a range of over 85 different trades that we are looking to fill around Australia, including but by no means limited to:

We also specialise in roof reporting, leak detection, make safe, restoration and facilities management so are on the lookout for trades partners in these areas too.

Easy. We’ve created an award winning web-based application which helps you work smarter by offering you more work opportunities, improving your business processes and reducing your costs.
Our web-based application allows you to complete jobs online through Your Toolbox, access our Mates Rates program for huge discounts, connect with other trades through Trade Talk, check how your business stacks up against others through our Scorecarding and Leaderboard, and Learn Online with our web-based learning management system.
Most of our Trade Partners use TradesWanted to get more work in addition to their existing jobs. So it's perfect for trades who want to get more work opportunities and grow their income stream, or those looking to expand their business into new locations. Step 1: Register Online
Register online by completing the Expression of Interest (EOI).
Step 2: Submit Documentation
Submit the required documentation to us for approval.
Step 3: Receive Login Details
Step 4: Login and Get Started!
Login to check out Your Toolbox, Trade Talk, Mates Rates, Learn Online, or even our Punters Club to start working smarter!
Quoting and Completing Jobs
Then what? Once you've registered and have been approved, you can then start to quote and complete jobs.
Step 1: You’ll receive a Request for Tender
You'll receive Requests for Tender via automated SMS and email when jobs arise in your location which match your trade. Our tender requests have a complete and accurate scope of works provided by our qualified estimators, plus a suggested base pricing.
Step 2: Submit quote and win the job
Log in to Your Toolbox to view photos and documentation of the job and submit your quote online.
Step 3: Complete the job and send the invoice
Once you win the job, all you have to do is turn up and do the work! Once you complete the job, go to Your Toolbox to tick off the line items completed, upload completion photos and send the automatically generated invoice - simple!
Step 4: Guaranteed on time payment
Once you submit your automatically generated invoice, we'll pay the job on time, guaranteed. No more paperwork. No more chasing up invoices.
